1) All orders not paid in full
2) All delaminations, damage and various abnormalities in the coating due to:
- storage of the coated parts under poor conditions
- the flow of juice from the oxidation deriving from discontinuous welding beads, porosity and pinholes in the welded beads or uncoated surfaces (hollow interior) and air gaps
- the use of powder systems other than those recognised by the insurance company
- the misuse of the electroplating
- direct exposure to a marine atmosphere
- to deformation of substrates
- to mechanical shocks and friction, whether random nor not
- noncompliance with state of the art when assembling parts
- major thermal shocks (fire)
- burns (welds, shrinkage heat)
- spraying or vapours from chemical products in the liquid or vapour phase
- spraying of cement or concrete
- the presence of galvanic couples (metals of different types in contact and not insulated)
- lack of maintenance (regular cleaning, at least once a year, with recommended product)
- change of immediate environment
- changes in use of the parts
- unsuitable grouting, maintenance or cleaning products
- products used for any unsuitable alterations
- the incorrect use of packaging materials: non-uniform discoloration due to storage of the parts on the sites with their Bullpack transport packaging or others
- the poor design of the works: closed angles, blind holes, Faraday cages, air gaps, hidden or inaccessible areas, suspension problems
- the quality of the treated materials: heterogeneous materials with rolling scale, perforated plates with perforation edge, woven or welded mesh, all sharp edges and sheet metal defects
- the definition of the treatments: cases where treatments are not or are poorly adapted to the final destination of the parts
